Ann Chen

Ann Chen is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in legal operations and customer service. Currently serving as a Legal Operations Associate at EvenUp since January 2024, Ann brings extensive experience from various roles at Roots, including Sales Associate and Team Lead, starting in August 2016. Previous positions include Processor in Operations Management and Dispute and Credit Representative at CIBC from July 2022 to December 2023, as well as Customer Service Representative roles at GoodLife Fitness from 2014 to 2019.
