Emma Guo

Emma Guo currently serves as the Director of Business Operations, New Products at EvenUp, an AI legal startup valued over $1 billion. In this role, Emma leads initiatives to drive top-line growth across go-to-market, product, marketing, and operations. Additionally, Emma is an advisor at Carnegie Mellon University's Technical Entrepreneurship advisory board and provides angel investment and advisory services to various early and growth-stage startups. Emma co-founded and served as CEO of Offsyte, a venture-backed marketplace startup. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Engineering Manager and Technical Lead at Lyft, where efforts were focused on enhancing driver quality and in-app education, as well as software engineering positions at MuleSoft Inc. and Cisco. Emma holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering from Fudan University and the University of Birmingham.
