Joe Silvestro has worked for three companies in their career thus far. In 2022, they began working as the Operations Lead at EvenUp. From 2013 to 2022, they held various roles at Axiom, including Vice President, Strategy & Operations, Director, Strategy and Operations, Chief Of Staff to the CEO, Manager, Solution Architecture, Associate, Solution Architecture, Analyst, Managed Contracts Projects, and Analyst, Solutions Design. In 2012, they worked as a Summer Market Research Analyst at Disney ABC Television Group.

Joe Silvestro graduated from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management and Legal Studies.
