Mark Reck is a customer delivery and success leader at EvenUp Law with over 15 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, and Client Delivery in the B2B SaaS sector. They previously held roles at Blend as a Client Delivery & Customer Success Leader, managing strategic accounts and contributing to the company’s public listing in 2021, and at Credit Suisse as an Enterprise Transformation Manager and Operations Leader. Mark has also worked at Axiom in Client Delivery & Account Management and returned to EvenUp as Director of Customer Onboarding & Implementation. They are currently pursuing Executive Education in Business Analytics at The Wharton School, and hold degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance and International Business from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
