Benton Calhoun

Benton Calhoun is a distinguished Professor at the University of Virginia since August 2015 and serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Everactive since June 2012. Benton holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtained between 2002 and 2006, and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from the same institution, completed in 2002. Additionally, Benton earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia from 1996 to 2000.
