Noa Danon has a wealth of work experience, starting with the Israeli Air Force in 2000 as a Software Developer. In 2008, they became a Lecturer at The Open University of Israel and Azrieli College of Engineering Jerusalem, where they received a Commendable Lecturer Award. In 2010, they joined UI - Human Factors Ltd. as a Senior User Experience Expert and Project Manager, working on a variety of projects and managing a team of UX consultants, developers and graphics designers. In 2012, they became the Head of UX and Product Manager (Inbound) for Service Anywhere at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In 2017, they joined Behalf as Head of Product and Director of Product Management - Growth, leading a cross-functional Squad Delivering on KPIs for scale. In 2019, they became a Founding Member of Tel Aviv Collective. In 2020, they became a Product Mentor at Techstars and Co-Founder and CEO of EverAfter.
Noa Danon received a Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Science and Physics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. From 2007 to 2010, they pursued Studies for a PhD. in Computational Neuroscience at the same institution. In 2015, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Open University of Israel. Prior to that, they participated in the Army Training Program in Computer Programming (a.k.a. MAMRAM) for Software Development.
