Billy Gress has over a decade of experience in the technology and software industries, currently serving as Senior Director for North America at Everbridge since April 2017, where responsibilities include automating operations workflows and ensuring the reliability of applications through the Digital Operations service platform. Previously, Gress held various leadership roles at xMatters, inc, including Director of Commercial East and Strategic Account Executive, as well as positions at Dynatrace, BMC Software, and Quest Software, showcasing a strong background in sales and account management. Gress earned a degree in Social Science with a focus on Sociology from The Ohio State University.
