Christine Defore

Christine DeFore, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People & Culture Business Partner at Everbridge, where responsibilities include managing HR programs and providing data-driven insights for workforce planning and talent strategies. Prior to this role, Christine was the Human Resources Director at Anvil Group, leading various HR programs and developing a structured compensation program. Experience also includes management positions in hospitality at Mise En Place Hospitality and Hominy Grill, where skills in staff management, payroll processing, and employee training were honed. Earlier roles include Assistant Director of Special Events at Vic's on the River and Designer and Custom Framer at Framers Market Gallery.
