Håkon Straume

Håkon Straume is an experienced Principal Product Manager at Everbridge since January 2019, overseeing the Public Warning product portfolio and developing both existing and innovative solutions based on market needs. Prior to Everbridge, Håkon served as Head of Support at UMS - Unified Messaging Systems AS, managing a diverse support team across multiple countries and handling customer relations and escalations. Previous roles include Product Manager at UMS, Technical Account Manager at Cellvision AS, and various consultant and instructor positions in the IT sector. Håkon holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Bergen, alongside other educational qualifications in philosophy and business from institutions in Norway and Singapore.
