Jerred Bell has extensive experience in IT operations, specializing in software as a service (SaaS) and site reliability engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of SaaS Operations at Everbridge since October 2015, Jerred has also held positions as Manager of Site Reliability Engineering and Site Reliability Engineer within the same organization. Prior to Everbridge, Jerred worked at Eastern Washington University as a Linux and VMWare Engineer from November 2011 to October 2015 and at IT-Lifeline as a Systems Engineer from June 2008 to October 2011. Earlier in the career, Jerred gained foundational experience as a Data Center Technician at The Spokesman-Review from March 2001 to June 2008. Jerred holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
