Joey Penick

Joey Penick serves as Vice President of Global Field Marketing and Business Development at Everbridge since July 2022, leading a team focused on business growth and strategic marketing initiatives. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President of Marketing for North America Enterprise Sales and Public Sector at Lumen Technologies and Vice President of Marketing at CenturyLink, where Joey managed comprehensive marketing organizations across various segments. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions at Cbeyond, Verizon, and Cypress Communications, with a strong emphasis on vertical marketing and partner strategies. Joey holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Mississippi College and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology, alongside extensive professional development in negotiations and Lean Six Sigma. Currently, Joey is enrolled in the Executive Development Program at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
