Lisa Radley

Lisa Radley has extensive experience in account management and customer success, currently serving as Vice President at Everbridge since April 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing customer utilization of the Everbridge Suite and leading enterprise product deployments. Prior roles include Director of Managed Services at RetroFit Technologies, Senior Systems Analyst at StrataDx, and various positions at InteQ Corporation, including Global Operations Support & Client Services Manager. Lisa's earlier career includes significant roles in customer support and systems implementation at Into Networks, Quality Systems International, and Pilot Software, dating back to 1989. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from SUNY Geneseo.
