Mark Biddle has extensive experience in the sales engineering and consulting sectors, currently serving as the Sales Engineer Team Lead and Senior Sales Engineer at Everbridge since November 2019. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of European Manager at MIR3 / OnSolve from January 2012 to June 2018, where responsibilities included consulting with key customers in Europe and the Middle East on notification solutions for crisis management and business continuity. Mark founded AlertCentric Limited in 2004, successfully delivering AlarmPoint products and establishing partnerships with prominent organizations such as Kent Police and Delphi Lockheed Automotive. Earlier in Mark's career, from 2000 to 2004, Mark worked as a Consultant at Criticall Limited, leading a team of software developers and contributing to customer satisfaction and solution delivery. Mark holds a BSc (Hons) in Rural Land Management from the Royal Agricultural University and received education at Tonbridge from 1984 to 1989.
