Paul Lupe, CEM, VaPEM, currently serves as a Technical Account Manager at Everbridge since March 2023. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions at the Fairfax County Department of Emergency Management and Security from November 2012 to March 2023, including Assistant Coordinator of Technical Services and Program Manager, where responsibilities included managing Information Technology for two Emergency Operation Centers and enterprise software systems. As the Managing Partner of Lupe Consulting Group, LLC from 2019 to March 2023, Paul provided consulting services in emergency management focused on technology and training. Earlier experience includes serving as Lt. of Information Technology & Emergency Management at Stafford County Fire and Rescue, where Paul managed significant technology installations, and as a Programmer/Analyst at the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from George Mason University and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from Hudson Valley Community College.
