Wm. Don Clark

Wm. Don Clark currently serves as the Director of Product Communications at Everbridge since May 2021 and has held the same title at xMatters, inc since September 2005. At xMatters, Wm. Don Clark initiated the development of a content team focused on audience-targeted content, social media enhancement, SEO, and branding while overseeing technical documentation and corporate rebranding efforts. Progressing through roles at xMatters, Wm. Don Clark became Team Lead in 2017, acquiring skills in management and leadership in a supportive corporate culture. Wm. Don Clark began career as a Technical Writer at ACD Systems from 2002 to August 2005, and holds a Diploma in Print Futures (Professional Writing) from Douglas College, earned between 1997 and 1999.
