Nick Bailey

Nick Bailey has a diverse work experience in the retail and customer service industries. Nick started their career at RCS Retail & Commercial Interiors, where they worked as an Installation Technician and later as a War Room Analyst, providing project support and solutions to installation technicians in the field.

Nick then joined Everbrite, LLC as a Service & Maintenance Project Manager, where they provided technical support to customers for their illuminated signage and lighting needs. Nick later became an Account Manager, managing signage installation projects and working with sign installers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Nick's role at Everbrite progressed to Customer Service Manager, where they led a team of Account Managers and Customer Service Specialists, oversaw new business development, and ensured high-quality customer service. Nick then transitioned to the role of Project Manager, specializing in new customer onboarding and client relationship management, as well as executing new business development for the Retail and Quick Service Restaurant divisions.

In 2020, Nick started their own company, Green Egg Doctor, LLC, where they serve as the Owner. The company provides maintenance, replacement part installation, and warranty repairs for Big Green Egg grills in various markets.

Overall, Nick Bailey has a strong background in project management, customer service, and technical support in the retail and customer service industries.

Nick Bailey attended Homestead High School from 2005 to 2009. After completing high school, they went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh between 2009 and 2014. In addition to their formal education, Nick Bailey also holds certifications in Supervision Fundamentals from MRA - The Management Association, obtained in October 2018, and in Six-Sigma Yellow Belt from Problem Solving Methodology (PDSA), obtained in April 2015.
