Shir Srour began their work experience in 2020 as an Anti Fraud Analyst at RSA Security. They held this position until 2021. In 2021, they then began working as a Risk Analyst at EverC, where they are currently employed.

From 2018 to 2021, Shir Srour attended The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo. During this time, they pursued a degree in Economics and Management with a focus on Capital Market.
