Shantal Pascal

Shantal Jackson-Pascal, CRCP, currently serves as the Vice President of Compliance - Network at EverChain® since May 2023, following a role as Experienced Compliance Director in Training at First Credit Services Inc. from May 2022 to May 2023. Previously, Shantal was the Director of Network Compliance at EverChain® and Corporate Compliance Officer at Segoso Caribbean, where responsibilities included overseeing business registrations and collection licenses for a BPO subsidiary of Sequium Asset Solutions. Shantal's extensive experience in compliance also includes a long tenure at Sequium Asset Solutions, LLC, where service as Corporate Compliance Officer spanned over a decade. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute and two Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from Strayer University and Miami Dade College.
