Gray Henderson

Gray Henderson has a diverse range of work experience. Their most recent role was as a Senior Sales Engineer at EverCharge, where they started in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ProcessMaker as a Sales Engineer from July 2022 to February 2023, where they were responsible for coordinating pre-sales project development and customer-facing sales processes for the Banking Solutions portfolio.

Before joining ProcessMaker, Gray worked at KION North America as a Project Manager/Advanced Applications from September 2021 to July 2022, where they coordinated all project development and company functions for the COMNOVO product. Gray also worked as an Applications Engineer/Advanced Applications from September 2020 to September 2021, where they engineered mechanical and electrical sub-systems for Telematics configuration and handled sales and quoting processes.

Earlier in their career, Gray worked at Graham Corporation as an Application Engineer from September 2018 to July 2020, where they managed multiple projects and acted as the main contact for companies in the oil and gas sector.

Gray's work experience also includes roles as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at IBC Engineering P.C. in 2017, a Rotational Engineering Intern at The Dolomite Group - Oldcastle Materials in 2016, an Engineering Intern at Swagelok Western New York from 2015 to 2016, and a Shadowing Intern at Greater Rochester Orthopaedics from 2012 to 2013.

Gray Henderson completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University College of Engineering and Computer Science from 2014 to 2018. During the same period, they also pursued a Management Minor from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management with a focus on Engineering and Computer Science Management. Currently, they are enrolled in the Darla Moore School of Business, where they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business/Finance. In addition to their academic qualifications, Gray obtained various certifications from ProcessMaker, including Introduction to BPMN, ProcessMaker Process Architect, ProcessMaker Process Designer, and ProcessMaker UX Expert in the year 2022.
