Kelly Hou

Kelly Hou is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance and platform engineering. Currently serving as the Platform Engineering Manager at EverCommerce since May 2023, Kelly leads multiple teams in platform development and focuses on coaching engineers to enhance their capabilities. Previous roles include Software Quality Engineer Manager and Project Team Lead at Microsoft, where Kelly built high-performing testing teams and initiated significant projects. Earlier experiences at Metaswitch Networks, OpenCloud Limited, Serato INC LP, and VIA Technologies contributed to a robust background in project leadership, software testing, and development across various technologies. Kelly holds a Master of Engineering in Telecommunication and Information systems from Xidian University and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Xi’an University of Posts & Telecommunications.
