Lisa is the General Counsel at EverCommerce, responsible for supporting the company’s continued growth and business pursuits from a legal and risk management perspective. Before EverCommerce, Lisa most recently helped grow a team of lawyers as Associate General Counsel at Air Methods, the largest air ambulance company in the U.S., as the company grew organically and through acquisitions across the country. Prior to joining Air Methods, she practiced as a lawyer in the health care regulatory groups at Arent Fox in Washington, D.C. and Davis Graham & Stubbs in Denver, handling M&A, litigation and compliance counseling for her clients. Lisa is passionate about working in a team of highly motivated, strategic-minded people to help problem solve and manage risk while scaling quickly.

Lisa has a B.A. in Molecular Biology and Philosophy from CU Boulder and her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
