Mario Grgic

Mario Grgic has over 20 years of work experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Mario is currently the VP of Engineering at EverCommerce since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Engineering at Splash (SplashThat.com) from July 2021 to July 2022. From July 2020 to July 2021, they served as an Engineering Manager at Sortable. Mario also has experience as the Director of Engineering at Mappedin from October 2017 to July 2020. Before that, they were a Senior Software Architect at Istuary Innovation Group from January 2017 to September 2017. Mario has previously worked as a Principal Software Engineer at PTC from June 2011 to December 2016 and at MKS Inc. from March 2002 to June 2011. Their career started at Voice IQ as a Senior Software Developer Team Lead, where they worked from 2000 to 2002.

Mario Grgic completed their education with a Master of Mathematics (MMath) in Pure Math from the University of Waterloo in 2000. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in both Pure Math and Computer Science from the University of Zagreb / Sveučilište u Zagrebu, where they attended from 1992 to 1997. Mario also holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, although the specific dates of completion are not provided.
