Nathan Richards

Nathan Richards is a seasoned professional in training and development, currently serving as the Director of Training and Enablement at EverCommerce since February 2025. Prior to this role, Nathan held multiple positions at Seagage as an Instructional Designer and Lead Developer since January 2022. Nathan's experience includes a tenure at CollaborateMD from April 2018 to January 2022, where roles included Training and Development Manager and Training and Development Specialist at various levels. Additionally, Nathan worked at Solutionreach, Inc. from September 2016 to April 2018 as a Learning and Development Specialist, PCU Rep, and in Technical Support. Nathan possesses a solid educational background with studies completed at Daytona State College from January 2011 to January 2016.
