Para M has over a decade of experience in product management and technical roles across various industries. Starting as a Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra and progressing to Senior Technical Associate, Para then served as Test Lead at Telecom New Zealand from June 2011 to May 2014. Following this, Para held several positions at Xero, including Product Manager, Team Leader, General Manager, and Product Owner, before transitioning to the role of Product Portfolio Manager at MATTR from September 2022 to May 2023. Currently, Para is the Senior Vice President of Product at Timely | SalonBiz since June 2023. Para holds a Master of Business Administration from Victoria University of Wellington and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Amrita School of Engineering.
