Sam Roworth has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Customer Success in EverCommerce, where they lead customer success operations for multiple behavioral health solutions. Prior to this, Sam held the position of Director of Customer Success in EMHware Software Inc., GoodTherapy, and Therapy Partner. They also have experience in the healthcare industry, having served as the Director of Operations at Wello Virtual Healthcare, where they achieved significant cost savings and increased service level agreement attainment. Sam has also worked as the Market Director in Careerlist, a talent platform connecting recruiters with candidates, and as the Client Solutions Manager and Partnership Manager in League Inc., a digital alternative to health insurance. In addition, they have coaching experience in dragonboat events with GWN Events and Sunnyside Paddling Club. Sam's work experience also includes being a member of the Canadian Men's Kayak Team, representing the country in sprint kayak events.

Sam Roworth, MMIE attended the Smith School of Business at Queen's University from 2018 to 2019, where they obtained a Master of Management Innovation Entrepreneurship degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Ryerson University and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management. Additionally, Sam Roworth has obtained certifications in ELCC Community Coach Level 1 & 2 and ELCC Introduction Competition from the Coaching Association of Canada.
