Samantha Richards

Samantha Richards is a Director of Payments Support with extensive experience in building strong teams and enhancing customer experiences. They currently serve as the Director of Support for Payments at EverCommerce, while also fulfilling a role as Director of Customer Support at PaySimple. Previously, Samantha held the position of Senior Manager of Customer Care at PaySimple, where they managed day-to-day operations and mentored team members.
