Shawna Barnhart

Shawna Barnhart has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in product management and operations. Shawna currently holds the position of VP Product & Operations at EverCommerce, where they are responsible for overseeing product development and operational strategies. Prior to this, Shawna served as the Director of Product at Electric, where they provided strategic guidance and direction for product development and successfully aligned product strategy with key stakeholders. Shawna also worked as the Executive Director of Product Management at RE/MAX, where they drove the direction and strategy for multiple product verticals and launched innovative solutions to help customers grow their businesses. Shawna's experience also includes serving as the VP of Product at Artifact Uprising®, where they built and managed a high-performing technology team and successfully achieved all roadmap goals. Shawna co-founded Hatch Marketing Plans, a company that focused on helping businesses improve their marketing strategies through planning, tracking, and analysis across traditional and digital channels. Additionally, Shawna held various product management roles at Photobucket, ReadyTalk, SafetyWeb (Acquired by Experian Interactive), Local Matters, Inc., and OneRiot (previously Me.dium). Shawna Barnhart holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Additionally, Shawna has the certifications of Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Agility 11 and Pragmatic Marketing Certification.
