Shilpi Kanade has extensive work experience in software engineering and management roles. Shilpi currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering for the Customer Experience Solutions Group at EverCommerce, where they lead a software engineering organization across multiple regions and brands. Shilpi works with the President of the Solution group and collaborates with business executive leadership to set technology development and infrastructure strategies. Shilpi is responsible for growing and managing a talented team of agile engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and talent development.
Prior to their role at EverCommerce, Shilpi held positions at Customer Lobby as the Director of Engineering and Software Development Manager. Shilpi managed teams of engineers in both the US and remote teams in India, focusing on their success and implementing efficient R&D processes. At i4 Insight, Inc, they served as the Director of Software Engineering, leading the engineering team in agile development and collaborating with the Founder/CTO to manage software development and design.
Before that, Shilpi worked at C-Map (Digital Marine Solutions), where they held the position of Technical Lead Engineer. Shilpi was responsible for leading the engineering team, receiving awards for delivering results and collaborating with customers to gather feedback and create requirements. Shilpi also has experience at Terumo BCT, McKesson Provider Technologies, Sales Partnerships Inc., Boston Communication Group Inc., Era Consulting Inc., and Newgen Software Technologies.

Shilpi Kanade obtained a BE degree in Computer Science from D. Y. Patil College of Engineering between 1994 and 1998. Later, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Information Technology Project Management from Boston University in 2011. Shilpi also has additional certifications, including "Project Management Professional" from the Project Management Institute in 2017, and various diversity and inclusion courses from LinkedIn.
