Abhinav Sharma

Abhinav Sharma is a seasoned professional in reservoir engineering and asset valuation with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Director at Evercore since April 2019, previously held roles as Vice President and Associate. At Lewis Energy Group, Abhinav managed reserves and new well economics from August 2018 to April 2019 as the Principal Reservoir Engineer. Prior tenure at Rex Energy Corporation from January 2011 to August 2018 included positions such as Director of Reservoir Engineering and Manager of Reservoir Engineering, focusing on reserves estimation and decline curve analysis across various assets. Earlier roles include Reservoir Engineer positions and research assistant experience at the University of Texas at Austin, contributing to significant advancements in chemical enhanced oil recovery processes. Abhinav holds an M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University.
