Barry Rabinowitz

Barry Rabinowitz is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and shareholder analytics. Currently serving as Managing Director at Evercore since September 2016, Barry leads the Shareholder Analytics division. Prior experience includes a Vice President role at Houlihan Lokey from August 2015 to August 2016 and over 15 years at Goldman Sachs, where Barry held positions as Vice President in the M&A Group and Associate in Equities. Barry began a career at EY as a Senior Consultant from 1995 to 1998. Barry holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
