David Tepperman

David Tepperman serves as the Global Head of Capital Markets at American Landmark Apartments since September 2019, focusing on global capital generation and strategic partnership formation. In addition to this role, Tepperman has been a Managing Director at Evercore since 2014, and previously held the position of Senior Investment Officer at the New York State Common Retirement Fund from 2006 to 2014, where significant investments and evaluations in joint ventures and co-mingled funds were conducted. Tepperman's earlier experience includes a partnership at PB&C Advisory, where a multi-family real estate portfolio was successfully restructured and sold for a record price, as well as a role as Senior Consultant in Finance at KPMG. Tepperman holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University, and a certificate from the Swiss Finance Institute in Financial Asset Management and Engineering.
