Hillary Powers

Hillary Powers is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President and COO of the Financial Services Group at Evercore since July 2018. Prior roles at Evercore include Investment Banking Vice President and Investment Banking Associate, along with a summer associate position in 2017. Prior to her finance career, Powers worked in the wine industry as an Assistant Winemaker and Enologist at Gundlach Bundschu Winery, and held various laboratory and harvest roles at A to Z Wineworks, Williams Selyem Winery, and J Vineyards & Winery. Powers began her professional journey as an Assistant to the Curator at the UC Davis Wine Culture Collection, focusing on yeast sample preparation and DNA analysis, and also interned as a reporter for Business 2.0. Educationally, Powers holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BS in Viticulture and Enology from the University of California, Davis, with additional studies at Universitat de Barcelona.
