James Hyland

James Hyland, Jr. is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in software and technology sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director in Software Investment Banking at Evercore since June 2023, James previously held positions as Vice President in both Software Investment Banking at Evercore and TMT Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs from August 2021 to June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Investment Banker at Jefferies specializing in Technology Investment Banking and at Wells Fargo focusing on TMT Investment Banking. James began his career at Bank of America and J.P. Morgan before working as a Private Client Analyst at Merrill Lynch. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wake Forest University School of Business and a high school diploma from Gonzaga College High School.
