Mark Lipacis

Mark Lipacis is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Evercore since April 2024. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Managing Director at Jefferies from June 2011 to March 2024, and has extensive experience in senior management roles at Morgan Stanley, Prudential Equity Group, and Merrill Lynch.
