Max Goupit

Max Goupit is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private funds and investment banking. Currently serving as Vice President at Evercore Private Funds Group since June 2020, Max has progressed from Associate to Vice President within the same company. Prior to this role, Max worked as an Associate and Analyst at Mercury Capital Advisors from August 2017 to June 2020, and as an M&A Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse from July 2016 to July 2017. Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, specializing in Finance, from the University of Virginia, which was obtained between 2012 and 2016, and also attended UVA McIntire School of Commerce from 2014 to 2016 for the same degree. Max’s educational background started at Poly Prep Country Day School, where studies were completed from 2005 to 2012.
