Omar Soliman

Omar Soliman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in capital structure advisory and financial restructuring. Currently serving as a Director at Evercore since April 2015, Omar has progressed through the ranks from Analyst to Vice President within the same firm. Prior to Evercore, Omar worked as an Analyst at Freitag & Co, focusing on financial restructuring and M&A, and completed an internship at Rothschild in similar fields. Initial experience in investment banking was gained as a Summer Analyst at Merrill Lynch. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Finance from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with Business Administration from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
