Preston Comey

Preston Comey is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Managing Director at Evercore since November 2015, Preston has been involved in significant transactions, including the ~$4 billion acquisition of VMware's EUC Division and the $4.5 billion acquisition of Veoneer by Qualcomm. Prior to this role, Preston was a Vice President in the Technology Group at Barclays and contributed to major deals such as the $1.1 billion sale of smartphone assets from HTC to Google. Earlier career experiences include roles at Siemens Financial Services as a Credit Analyst and at Wachovia Securities as an Analyst. Preston holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Princeton University.
