Rebecca Morse

Rebecca Morse is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, investigations, and employment law. Currently serving as a Director at Evercore since August 2018, Rebecca has previously held roles as Vice President and Litigation Counsel, as well as Litigation Counsel. Prior to Evercore, Rebecca worked as a Contract Attorney at Consilio LLC and as an Associate at Lane Sash & Larrabee, focusing on various aspects of litigation, including trademark, copyright, and commercial matters. Early legal experience includes advising start-up companies at the BLIP Clinic and multiple internships with organizations such as ICC Industries Inc., EMI Music, and David Yurman, where Rebecca gained expertise in intellectual property and contract law. Rebecca earned a J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School and a BA in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland.
