Sophie Lynch

Sophie Lynch has served as a Senior Associate in the Human Capital Group at Evercore since May 2017, providing HR advisory and full support to Infrastructure groups, overseeing benefits administration, and developing wellness initiatives alongside a Diversity & Inclusion agenda and HR policies. Prior to this role, Sophie held the position of HR Assistant at Hiscox from April 2014 to May 2017 and worked as a Resource Scheduling Analyst at Bupa Home Healthcare from 2012 to April 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in English and American Literature from the University of Kent, supplemented by A-Levels in English Literature, Politics, Psychology, and History from The Bishop's Stortford High School, along with GCSEs in English Language and Literature from The Hertfordshire & Essex High School and Science College.
