Vitaly Mindlin

Vitaly Mindlin is a dedicated finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and management consulting. Currently serving as an Investment Banking Vice President at Evercore since April 2022, Vitaly previously held roles as an Investment Banking Associate at the same firm and as a Senior Associate in the Private Equity practice at McKinsey & Company from January 2020 to April 2022. Key accomplishments include conducting commercial due diligence for major pharmaceutical and innovative digital physiotherapy companies, assessing operational excellence for a specialty chemical producer, and developing market entry strategies. Prior to McKinsey, Vitaly accumulated experience as a Change Analyst at Deutsche Bank, a Management Consulting Intern at DHL Consulting, a Strategy Analyst at Accenture, and an Intern in the International Tax Department at PwC. Vitaly holds a Master of Science in Money and Finance from Goethe University Frankfurt and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Higher School of Economics.
