Andrea Wooten

Andrea Wooten is an experienced professional with a solid background in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Route Driver at EverDriven since September 2024. Prior to this role, Andrea worked at Burd & Fletcher Company as a Human Resources Assistant & Recruiter, ensuring compliance with employment eligibility requirements and managing candidate sourcing and screening. Previous positions include Human Resources Coordinator at Cargo Largo, where Andrea focused on HR data analysis and communication, as well as a Recruiter at Heartland Center for Behavioral Change, facilitating full-cycle recruitment for a large number of positions. Andrea’s earlier experience includes roles at Wyandot Behavioral Health Network and administrative positions at Aerotek and Schloegel Design Remodel. Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Management from Park University and an Associate of Science in Veterinary Technology from Colby Community College.
