Craig Brown has a diverse work experience in various industries. Craig started their career as a Program Manager at Workcover NSW from 2008 to 2010. Craig then worked as a Consultant at Business Analysts Pty Ltd from 2010 to 2011, where they focused on improving project capabilities. Craig also had a role as a Head of Project Management & Assurance at Swinburne University of Technology from 2011 to 2012, where they managed project delivery and the IT project portfolio. Additionally, they worked as an Agile Trainer at Accenture from 2011 to 2012, specifically at Telstra. Craig then joined Telstra as a Program Manager, Customer Advocacy from 2012 to 2013, where they coached executives and managed portfolios for improved customer experiences. After that, they worked at Tabar as a Community Builder from 2013 to 2016, organizing events and supporting agile teams. From 2013 to 2018, they served as the Global Manager of Product Development at Aconex, contributing to the growth of the company. Lastly, they co-founded LAST Conference in 2012, a grassroots conference for product and service creators. Currently, they are working at Everest Engineering as a Cheese Egg Omelette with extra cheese.

Craig Brown completed their education in a chronological order. Craig attended Henry Kendall High School from 1983 to 1988, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Craig then went on to the University of Newcastle from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they attended RMIT University and earned a Master's degree in Project Management. In February 2019, they also obtained a certification as an Authorised Instructor from ICAgile.
