Angus Watson is an experienced claims professional with a career spanning several decades in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Head of Claims UK&I at Everest since September 2023, Angus previously held the position of Head of Claims (UK) at Aon Commercial Risk Solutions from February 2017 to September 2023. Prior roles include Global Chief Claims Officer at DUAL International Limited and various senior positions at Arch Insurance Europe, including Chief Claims Officer and Chief Operations Officer, from 2005 to 2015. Angus began the career as a Loss Adjuster at Fishers Chartered Loss Adjusters, then served as a Senior Property Claims Handler at Chubb Europe, and held the role of Head of Claims at Hiscox before accumulating extensive experience at both DUAL and Arch. The career started in law enforcement as a Police Officer with the Metropolitan Police from 1986 to 1991.
