Lauren Doerer

Lauren Doerer currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Risk Management at Everest since August 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Lead Underwriter at QBE North America, focusing on Middle Market Retail P&C in the Western Zone from August 2022 to August 2023. From July 2018 to September 2022, Lauren worked as a Territory Manager at Berkley Aspire, overseeing underwriting and agency management activities. Earlier in the career, Lauren spent over a decade at Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies, progressing through various underwriting roles including Underwriting Supervisor for Wholesale Property. Lauren earned a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Creighton University.
