Mark Shaw

Mark Shaw currently serves as the Global Account Lead and Chief Commercial Officer for International Insurance at Everest, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Vice President at Arch Insurance (UK) Limited from May 2021 to July 2022. Mark's extensive experience in the insurance industry includes a significant tenure at Hiscox London Market from 2013 to December 2020, where roles included Head of Business Development & Marketing, Interim Head of Casualty, and Head of Broker Relations. Earlier in the career, Mark worked at Hiscox from January 2000 to October 2013, managing strategic relationships with major brokers and holding various positions, including National Account Manager. Mark began in the insurance sector at AXA from September 1998 to December 1999. Mark is an alumnus of the University of York, having completed studies there from 1994 to 1997.
