Michael Dymott is a seasoned actuary with extensive experience in pricing and risk management within the reinsurance sector. Currently serving as the Lead Pricing Actuary at Everest since July 2023, Michael leads a team focused on pricing for the Zurich office. Previously, Michael held significant roles at PartnerRe, including Pricing Tools and Landscape Lead and Pricing Team Lead, where responsibilities encompassed the development of pricing tools and methodologies for global non-life insurance. Earlier in the career, Michael worked at Amlin AG, Transatlantic Reinsurance, Zurich Financial Services, and gained initial experience in project management and laser development. Michael holds a PhD in Laser Physics from the University of Strathclyde and a BA in Physics from the University of Oxford.
