Paul Ormiston

Paul Ormiston is an experienced insurance professional with a strong background in claims management and operations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Global Claims at Everest since January 2022, Paul previously held the position of Claims Director at MCE Insurance from June 2021 to January 2022. With extensive experience at QBE Insurance from August 2016 to February 2021, Paul advanced through roles including Global Head of Claims - Performance & Assurance and Global Head of Claims Performance - Hong Kong. Earlier career achievements include serving as Senior Strategic Partner - Claims and Head of Claims Operations at QBE European Operations and as National Claims Operations Manager at Aon. Paul began a career in claims as a Technical Claims Adjuster at Aviva plc. Educational credentials include becoming a Chartered Manager through the Chartered Management Institute.
