Stephane Bleton is an accomplished professional in the reinsurance industry, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Reinsurance and Partnerships at Everest since December 2023. Prior to this role, Stephane held several key positions at New Reinsurance Company Ltd. (NewRe) from November 2013 to November 2023, including Head of Structuring, Capital Partners Zurich, and Head of Pricing Property / P&C. Earlier experience includes actuarial roles at Baloise Group, Aon Global Risk Consulting, and Alea Europe, starting from November 2002. Stephane obtained a Master’s degree in Actuarial from Université Louis Pasteur (Strasbourg I) between 1997 and 2002.
