Tom Connolly is the Director of the Special Investigation Unit at Everest Insurance®, where they focus on fraud detection and minimizing claim costs. With extensive experience in the insurance sector, Tom has previously served as the Director of Special Investigations at Princeton Insurance Company and as an Investigator at Zurich North America, specializing in comprehensive investigations across multiple lines of insurance. They hold a degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Criminal Justice from Seton Hall University. Tom's expertise includes conducting in-depth interviews, analyzing fraud cases, and developing effective investigation strategies. Prior to their career in insurance, Tom worked as a Private Investigator and held a Director position in Safety and Security at Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center.
