MISSION: The Everett Housing Authority creates affordable housing, fosters healthy communities where households thrive.

EHA was incorporated in 1942 to address a shortage of safe and sanitary housing for modest income households in the city. EHA, admitted to HUD’s innovative Moving to Work (MTW) demonstration program, has remained intently focused on expanding the supply of affordable housing for low-income individuals and families residing within Everett.
